Every order ships to you from the manufacturer. Shipping is free, and import duties and tariffs are already in the product price. Nothing is added at checkout, and nothing is due on delivery.
How shipping works
Orders to US addresses ship free. We pay the freight, import duties, tariffs and customs fees, and the product price covers them. Within 2 business days of your order we confirm the lead time with the maker.
For addresses outside the United States, we quote freight, duties and taxes for your country after you order. Nothing ships, and nothing is charged, until you approve that total.
Shipping methods
- Air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small parcels, usually 5 to 10 days door to door once the order ships.
- Air freight for larger cartons, usually 7 to 14 days.
- Sea freight for pallets and heavy items, usually 30 to 45 days to a US port.
Lead times
Stock items usually ship within 5 to 15 business days. Custom configurations, voltages or options can take longer; we give you the maker’s lead time when we confirm your order.
Duties and tariffs
Imports into the United States are subject to import duties and additional tariffs. They are already in the product price: we pay them and handle customs clearance, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.
Inspection
We check each order against its specification before it ships: model, quantity, voltage, stroke and visible condition. Tell us if you need a formal inspection report or specific test data.
